Description
Carved bamboo parasol handle fragment. End of handle is curved into a slight hook. This end is carved with diamonds and curved lines. About 3 cm along the handle from this end is another set of carved, raised squares. The rest of the handle is undecorated, except for two sets of rings near the other end. The handle is segmented from the natural shape of the bamboo. There is some splitting of the wood throughout.
